Delivery conditions

For orders over R2000, standard deliveries are FREE to your doorstep or nearest Postnet within South Africa.

For orders under R2000, we charge a delivery fee of R100 to your nearest Postnet within South Africa.

For orders under R2000, we charge a delivery fee of R120 straight to your door within South Africa.

Please note that prices online may vary from prices in store due to delivery charges. The above delivery charges apply to online website orders only.

Expected Timeframes:

Standard delivery takes place during office hours. Unfortunately you cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery. There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.

Delivery timeframes depend on your delivery address, postal code, and selected delivery option.

For major cities in South Africa: usually 2-5 working days.

For outlying areas outside of South Africa: usually 4-10 working days depending on location.

Please note that there may at times be unexpected delays with deliveries that is completely out of our hands. We will however inform you in advance if there were to be any expected delays.

Delivery Availability:

If nobody is available at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will make a second attempt to deliver on the next working day. The courier will try once more (third attempt), and if at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be refunded in the same payment method which was used for the order. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed, given that the courier has attempted delivery on numerous occasions.

Availability of Products
From time to time, some Products may be out of stock or are unavailable and we may not be able to fulfill all or part of your Order. If this happens, we will refund you the price paid for the products impacted. We may withdraw or suspend from sale any Product displayed on the Website, either temporarily or permanently, at any time. Rue fashions online will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of sale of a particular product.

Where a Product which is the subject of an Order has been withdrawn or suspended from sale and your payment for the Product has already been processed, we will refund any money paid to you. Rue fashions reserves the right not to honor any incorrect offers represented on the Website made by genuine human or system error. Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in a description, an image, Price or otherwise), we will reject that part of the Order affected by the error. You will be refunded the value of that part of your Order affected by the error and Rue fashions will fulfill the remainder of your Order. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfillment of your Order, you can return your order to us.

Returns Policy.

If your Order is affected by a genuine error (including in a description, an image or a Price), we reserve the right to cancel your Order and refund any money paid to us.
You acknowledge and agree that:
all pictures and images of Products displayed are for illustrative purposes only;
• any accessory featured with the Products is for illustrative purposes only, and may be sold separately; and
• where we provide dimensions and measurements in the description of a Product, the dimensions may vary slightly in real life, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each Product is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your Order (including whether there is appropriate and safe access to your Delivery Address for delivery of the Product).

You can return items to us for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving it at your own cost and with invoice attached.

Once we have checked the items and are happy with the condition we will then either send you the new exchanged item at our own cost or process the refund as requested. Please return shoes in their original box and same condition it was sent out as. No taping or writing on the boxes. A handling fee of 15% will be charged if boxes come back written or taped on.

Delivery charges already used are non-refundable.
